We design buildings and create spaces that are stylistically refined, contextually informed, and culturally relevant.

Founded by Evan Wiskup, Wiskup Projects is committed to working across all scales of the built environment. While our practice emphasizes self-led development projects and client-centered architectural work, we also identify opportunities for engagement with development partners and work with colleagues across multiple sectors to shape and refine the built environment. Our design and development work ranges from residential initiatives in Miami to hospitality projects in upstate New York, single-family townhouses in the West Village to ground-up homes on Long Island, and multi-family residential buildings in Brooklyn to mixed-use spaces throughout the greater New York area.

Our consulting practice offers rigorous financial and site analyses, state-of-the-art real-estate opportunity evaluation, and strategic partnership support for developers and architects throughout the United States.

Prior to founding Wiskup Projects, Evan headed Wiskup Architecture, a full-service architecture and interiors firm whose portfolio has now been integrated into Wiskup Projects, as well as working on various successful development projects with a number of partners.

At Wiskup Architecture, he led the design and execution of a number of successful residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces in New York and Florida.

Evan holds degrees in architecture from the Washington University in St. Louis and Yale, and has completed NYU’s Real Estate Capital Markets program; has been awarded multiple prizes and scholarships, including the David M Schwartz Traveling Fellowship Award; and has worked in the offices of Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), OMA, and Alloy Development. Evan is a member of the American Institute of Architects, a Fellow at the Urban Design Forum, and a registered architect in New York State and Florida.
